The Stilwell is a corner-notched point that has an expanded stem and a straight
to slightly concave basal edge.
Blade edges are straight to convex or recurved
and sometimes serrated.
Basal thinning is common. Named by Gergory Perino.
Age and Culture:
Early Archaic, dating in the 7000 B.C. range
Distribution:
Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas.
