Show Rules:

*** AACA membership is required to reserve table space, and to display or sell artifacts at the Expo. NO ONE MAY DISPLAY OR SELL ARTIFACTS AT THE EXPO WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL OF THE AACA/SHOW DIRECTOR.

1.) Reproduction, Restored and Rechipped artifacts must be clearly marked as such.

2.) The show committee has the right to politely ask that any seriously questionable relics be removed from a vendors table. If the vendor refuses to remove any such artifacts or re-offers them for sale during the show they may be asked to leave and forfeit their table rental fees.

3.) Vendors are limited to selling only items that relate Artifact collecting. Pre-Columbian, World and Historic items are welcome and encouraged, as well as display cases and other artifact related essentials.
Items not welcome include, but are not limited to:
Craft Items, such as dream catchers, modern ceramics and velvet painting
Modern made blankets, beads and trinkets
Guns & Ammunition less that 100 years old

Any item not directly related to artifact collecting
Vendors selling any such items will be asked to remove them from their table.

4.) Vendors agree to hold the AACA, its officers and members harmless for any liabilities which may arise as a result of the show, including but not limited to personal injury, theft or damage of personal property, sales results.

5.) The drinking of Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted in the show hall during normal show hours. Drinking Alcoholic beverages is permitted during the Preview Party and Cocktail Party.

6.) Vendors agree to have their tables set up before the Preview Party.

7.) Uniformed Security will be provided each night after the show ends until it opens the following day. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide his own security by manning his/her table during the Preview Party. The uniformed Security will begin after the close of the Preview Party.

8.) Vendors are allowed to visibly display bonafide Certificates of Authenticity on their tables. The fact that a relic has a COA, no matter who the authenticator is, does not negate the right of the Show Committee to politely ask that a relic be removed from a table.

9.) No illegally procured items, human bones or burial goods are allowed.

10.) No selling of artifacts will be allowed from display-only tables.
